Our services include but are not limited to Compliance Inbox, Audit Flow Inbox, Financial Statement Inbox, and Analytics Inbox platforms.

3User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

7Payment Terms and Billing

Payment terms for our Services are as follows:

  • Fees are due according to the billing cycle specified in your service agreement
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days' notice
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

8Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Suspend services for security or legal reasons
  • Update our Services to improve functionality

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accountant Tech Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of our Services.

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Services will cease immediately
  • We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period
  • You remain liable for any outstanding fees
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

11Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
