We needed a secure file transfer protocol for our customers to ensure that all the sensitive information related to passport, KYC, etc. could be shared as sharing these data through emails might result in data insecurity, also tracking emails becomes difficult.

Client Document Module

CiB was introduced wherein the Client Document module is acting as file transfer protocol between clients and service provider. Now, clients can upload all the documents rather than send them through emails whereas service provider can use these documents as a reference for their compliance task in the Work Room Module or to save it as permanent final document inside Data Room Module.

Alerts & Notifications

The dashboard gives automatic Alerts & Notifications in the form of pop-up/push messages to the users. The alerts can be set at a preconfigured frequency such as T-45, T-30, etc.

UAE-Based Hosting

This entire application is hosted on Azure where the servers are based out of Dubai, ensuring compliance with UAE jurisdiction requirements.
